Many believe that sound wave therapy like bowl meditations promote healthy, vitality and spiritual wellbeing. These bowls are made up of quartz crystal and are tuned to the vibration of the 7 chakras and the major glands of the human body. As each bowl targets different areas of the body that are ouot of alignment, there is a soothing and calming experience. Once in alighnment your body functions at its optimum. The natural tendency of the body is to heal. This allows one to heal. Participants may wish to bring a blanket or yoga mat & pillow
